SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are based on USPS rates and are displayed in your cart during the checkout process. For your order to be processed quickly, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. The order will be processed and shipped and USPS tracking information will be emailed to you.
G’Naturals is located in Huber Heights Ohio. Delivery time is calculated according to “business days” and does not include weekends, holidays, or the day the order is shipped from our location. Orders typically take 1-5 business days to arrive. All shipping times are estimates and delivery time is not guaranteed. If your order arrives late, we will file a claim through USPS and refund your portion of the shipping fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
