How are the products processed? Are they free from dyes and parabens?

All of our products are handcrafted. We use only organic ingredients, as well including natural herbs and essential oils.

I forget to include something in my order, can I call and have it added?"

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it is processed immediately and there would be no way to make changes.

How long does shipping and delivery usually take?

Our products are shipped through USPS. Please refer to our shipping policy.

My packaged came damaged, can you replace it?"
